We started by
building our own.
OMA Homes began with two self-funded custom residences. We identified the opportunities, acquired the land, developed the homes and brought them to market.
That experience established more than a track record. It created the decision-making discipline that continues to shape how we evaluate sites, align design with demand, control delivery and protect value.

Translates OMA Homes’ vision into coordinated executions – aligning operations, resources and strategic priorities to strengthen performance, manage growth and support the successful delivery of each development.
Construction & Project Delivery Manager
Oversees day-to-day construction coordination, contractor and trade activities, project schedules, quality standards and site progress—helping ensure each residence is delivered in line with the approved scope and expectations.
